Everyone forgets things when they don’t dive for a while. This session is about comfort and confidence — not performance.

Refresh your skills with our experienced team and get back to diving comfortably.

Our Scuba Refresh includes diving theory, where we will refresh your knowledge and go over any questions you may have, and 2 ocean dives.

On the first dive, you will go to a shallow part of the bay to go over some safety skills and buoyancy exercises until you feel confident and ready to explore the dive site.

The second dive is then a fun dive, where your instructor will guide you around the dive site and be available for any guidance you may still require.

A Scuba Refresh is recommended if it’s been longer
than 6 months since your last dive.

Who Is the SSI Scuba Skills Review For?

This refresher is ideal if:

– You haven’t dived in 6 months or longer

– You feel a bit unsure about your skills

– You want a calm warm-up before fun diving

– You’re starting a new course and want to feel confident first

– No matter your certification level, a refresher is always a smart choice if you feel rusty.
